findee collects as little as possible. Here's what we do and don't do.

What we collect

When you add a device, we store: your name, email, optional phone number, and a unique QR code. That's it.

When someone finds your device and submits the finder form, we store their name (optional), message, and their phone number or email so we can pass it to you.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send you finder alerts and setup instructions. We don't send marketing emails. We don't sell your data.

Finder contact details are shared only with the owner of the lost device, so you can arrange a return.

Who sees your data

Your data is stored in Supabase (our database) and sent via Resend (our email provider). Neither are used for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your device and all associated data at any time. Email us at hello@findee.me and we'll remove it within 7 days.
